mission statement

cyb4ever: Art for All Occasions ®, also known as 'cyb4ever' was founded by artist Crystal Y. Brown-Battle in 2002. Defined as "a lifetime of self-fulfillment," cyb4ever's mission is to provide clients with one-of-a-kind montage art, original poetry, and the highest quality art reproductions possible.

To accomplish this mission, cyb4ever ® will:

  1. Create one-of-a-kind montage art tailored to client preferences.
  2. Assist clients in their selection of contemporary art.
  3. Promote contemporary art as a sound investment; and
  4. Help form strong community partnerships in building a strong economic future.

artist statement

Art gives me a sense of accomplishment, joy, and personal freedom. Each creation becomes a journey of delight through innovation, meditation, and a sense of inner peace.

Designs of my work depict two-dimensional montage art and poetry that celebrate African-American history as well as the contemporary. While a Pennsylvania State University student, I discovered my love for this media and contributed to the Art on the Move program as well as various corporate advertising projects.

I have also participated in the Boston Afro-American Artists Association’s annual Art in the Park, Roxbury Open Studios, and The Renaissance Art & Design/Heard Gallery Epiphany series.

Recently, I appeared on HGTV’s ‘Decorating Cents’ show to showcase my artwork. The episode illustrated how rearranging existing artwork can form a completely different picture, a result that may have not surfaced had I not been given the opportunity. My collage work helps individuals and organizations acknowledge that change requires creativity and innovation. I intend to further explore topics concerning humanity in hopes that the viewer will be inspired.
